Squid and aglio e olio
Alio Olio, one of the representative pasta, does not usually have a main ingredient added, but we used squid to maximize the lightness and chewing taste of Alio Olio. Squid was added to aglio e olio, which is mainly consumed with oil and cotton, to slightly increase nutrition.

Cooking Steps

Add salt and olive oil to boiling water and boil spaghetti noodles for 7 minutes and 30 seconds.

Stir-fry whole garlic, minced garlic, and peperocini in a well-oiled pan.
* Turn down the heat when the garlic is slightly scorched.

When the garlic is somewhat cooked,
Add squid rings and stir-fry them together.

Place cooked pasta noodles on a sieve and drain as much as possible.

Put the noodles together in the pan where you used to stir-fry garlic, and stir-fry them while mixing them together.

Put the noodles first, put the squid, garlic, and pepperoni on top
Tear the Italian parsley into small pieces and sprinkle it on top, and it's done.
* If you stir-fry the squid too much, it becomes very tough. * Be extra careful not to burn garlic, and never burn peperocini. * This is too much salt? It's not boring if you do it like that. * You can adjust the cooking degree of the noodles from -1 minute to +1 minute depending on your preference.
