STEP 1/8
Prepare the basic ingredients.

Cut the eel into the right size.
vertically, it's bigger than a regular grilled eel,
Cut it in half horizontally based on the middle belly.

Mix the flour and ginger powder,
Put the cut eel in the flour and coat it evenly.

Put the eel on the steamer and steam it for 10 minutes.
* The white part of the flour has to disappear before it is fully cooked.

Put garlic, radish, and onions in the prepared soy sauce and water
Boil slowly over low heat.
STEP 6/8
When the soy sauce starts to boil, add the eel and boil it down over medium heat for 20 minutes.
* You have to stir it in between to prevent the eel from sticking to the surface of the pot and to prevent it from burning.
STEP 7/8
When the soup becomes sticky, turn off the heat and cut the green onions sideways to prepare.
STEP 8/8
Place an appropriate amount in a bowl and place the green onions and sesame seeds on top to complete.
1. You must coat the eel with plenty of flour to prevent it from loosening.
2. While the stew is being boiled down, it doesn't matter if the steam falls out, so stir gently all the time.
3. It is okay to put a little bit of sesame oil as you like.
