My hometown is Baengnyeongdo Island. Natural environment that doesn't get dirty! Clear ocean! There are plenty of seafood~ So I grew up eating more seafood than the people in the city.
Oysters, mussels, copper, various kinds of fish, etc. In particular, mussels are delicious when boiled and put in soup, and they are also delicious when put in pancakes. When my dad comes to the sea and picks up a lot of mussels, I boil it, put it in the stew, and eat mussels rice Two bowls of rice was a snap!! There was no separate rice thief!! So even now that I live on land away from my hometown, I often make mussel rice when I miss my hometown and when I miss my mother's taste. I can't do anything more than my mom made it for me^^
