Shrimp rice balls with fish roe shrimp rice ball!
I made a wonderful dish using flying fish roe and shrimp. It's a pretty dish that's good for guests.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Rinse each of the flying fish roe in mixed water to remove the fishy taste and drain it.
STEP 2/8

When the water boils, add the shrimp. The shrimp changes color and when it is cooked, rinse it in cold water.

After that, put the shrimp in the water with vinegar, sugar, and salt and marinate for about 20 minutes, and then put it on a strainer to remove the water.

Meanwhile, blanch peas in boiling water with salt and rinse them in cold water to remove moisture.

Rice is prepared by mixing flying fish roe, sugar, vinegar, and salt in a bowl of rice.

You can make the rice ball round with your hands, but I put the rice in the rice ball mold and dipped it for you.
It's very convenient to use a rice ball frame.
