STEP 1/8
Stir-fry onions and carrots in a frying pan.
(Other vegetables at home can be replaced)

When the vegetables are cooked to a certain extent, stir-fry them with clam flesh and minced garlic. (If you have leftover soju at home, add 1T-2T, which can blow away the fishy smell of clams.)

While the clams and vegetables are being stir-fried, coat them with eggs and bread and bake them in a frying pan.
STEP 4/8
Place sliced cheese on a golden brown bread.
STEP 5/8
In the meantime, put on the cooked clams and stir-fried vegetables on top.

Add mozzarella cheese,

Place cheese in a frying pan or oven for a moment until cooked.
STEP 8/8
Put ketchup on top and cut it into bite-size pieces
Nourishing clam toast with a chewy texture is complete!
-Stir-fry the clams and vegetables over high heat to prevent water from forming, so the bread does not get wet.
-If you don't have ketchup, it's good to eat it with other sauce at home.
