Carbonara toast
On a day when I wanted to relax for brunch because it was a holiday in a long time, I wanted to try this dish, also known as Carbonara Toast. At first, I thought the original Carbonara was named after the idea of making egg yolk, but I think it may be just a shortened version of the feeling + savory + salty egg bacon cheese mayo toast. Let's change it a bit and make it fit our oven

  • mozzarella cheese

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Spread butter thinly on bread and spread tomato sauce thinly on top Separate egg whites and sprinkle a little salt on the whites

Squeeze a lot of mayonnaise on the edge of the bread and put one egg white inside

Sprinkle bacon slices on top of it
STEP 4/5
Pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes (until white is cooked to a certain extent)

Take it out, put a lot of mozzarella cheese on top, sprinkle salt, pepper, parsley, basil, etc. and take it out for 5 minutes at 180 degrees (until the mozzarella cheese melts and the yolk is slightly cooked) and finish with parmesan cheese
