Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
The squid in the freezer melted and I cut it It's a cuttlefish, so the shapes are different..
STEP 2/8
Blanch the squid in boiling water.
When it's cooked red, take it out and rinse it in cold water.

Drain the water by placing it on a dried squid in cold water.
STEP 4/8

Cut the cucumber into half-moon shapes.
I'll shred an onion.
Cut one Cheongyang chili pepper diagonally.

Place blanched squid on top of chopped vegetables.
