STEP 1/14
Prepare the ingredients needed to make seaweed stem pasta.
STEP 2/14
I used salted seaweed for seaweed
First, soak the seaweed stem in water to remove the salt.
STEP 3/14
While removing the salt from the seaweed stem, prepare water to boil the pasta noodles. When the water boils, add a pinch of salt.
STEP 4/14
Add salt and bring to a boil the pasta noodles in boiling water.
I like soft noodles, so I boiled it for about 9 minutes.
STEP 5/14
While boiling pasta noodles, cut and prepare the rest of the ingredients. I sliced garlic, sliced bacon and onions in length, and sliced cherry tomatoes in half.
STEP 6/14
Lastly, cut the salted seaweed stems into bite-size pieces.
STEP 7/14
Heat a frying pan and cover with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
STEP 8/14
When olive oil is hot, stir-fry sliced garlic and pepperoncino. Stir-fry garlic until golden brown.
STEP 9/14
When the garlic is golden brown, add the rest of the ingredients and stir-fry.
STEP 10/14
When the ingredients are all fried, add the boiled pasta noodles
Add a spoonful of olive oil and stir-fry together.
STEP 11/14
Since it's oil pasta, I seasoned it with salt.
Add a pinch of salt and season.
And sprinkle with pepper.
STEP 12/14
Lastly, turn off the heat, add cherry tomatoes and stir-fry again over a small heat.
STEP 13/14
Put it on a plate and sprinkle parsley
Seaweed stem pasta is complete
STEP 14/14
There's a saying that it tastes good if you put it on a plate, right?
Put it in pretty and eat it deliciously by yourself ~
Seaweed stems and pasta go well together
Because the seaweed stems are long, it's good to cut them into bite-size pieces.
It's better not to stir-fry cherry tomatoes for a long time.
