Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Peel the squid and prepare it.
Shred chives and chop green onions.
STEP 2/9

Add minced garlic, chopped green onions, chives, tuna liquid, starch powder, sesame oil, and refined rice and knead them.So that the dough becomes persistent

80 grams is a squid hot bar
80 grams makes squid jeon.

Divide 80 grams into four pieces and fry them in a pan.

Grill the front and back until golden brown.
You can peel squid easily using kitchen towels. When baking the dough, preheat it and bake it over low heat.
