STEP 1/15
Please clean up the ingredients!
1) Wash cucumbers clean in running water after rubbing them with regular thick salt.
2) Peel the potatoes and prepare them.
3) Place the apples for a while using baking soda + vinegar and wash them clean in running water.
STEP 2/15
Cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/15
Pour cold water so that the potatoes are soaked enough, add salt, and boil for 10 minutes.
STEP 4/15
Cut the cucumber into bite-size pieces.
STEP 5/15
Add salt to chopped cucumbers, marinate for 2 to 3 minutes, and then slightly dissolve in water and squeeze out the water
* If you pickle it for too long, the crunchiness of the cucumber will disappear, so be careful.
STEP 6/15
I'm going to boil quail eggs. Add 1 piece of kelp and simmer for 5 minutes to reduce boiling time and taste.
STEP 7/15
Cut the apples into bite-size pieces, too.
STEP 8/15
Drain the ripe potatoes in a sieve.
STEP 9/15
Prepare the baker by baking it crispy in a frying pan and cutting it into small pieces.
STEP 10/15
Peel the ripe quail eggs and cut them in half.
STEP 11/15
Place the above ingredients in a bowl and add 1/2 tablespoon of oligosaccharide.
STEP 12/15
Please add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, too.
STEP 13/15
Add the crispy bacon.
STEP 14/15
If you mix it well, you're done!
STEP 15/15
Enjoy your meal~
