Making pickled coriander
I really like cilantro, so I put a lot of cilantro in the garden I was thinking about how to eat it, so I made pickled coriander^^

  • Master
    200g
  • Water
    2cup
  • Sea tangle
    1piece
  • Garlic
    2piece
  • Soy sauce
    1cup
  • Sugar
    1cup
  • Vinegar
    1cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Shake cilantro in water and wash it gently.
STEP 2/6
I boil the soup with the ingredients of the soup. (About 10 minutes)
STEP 3/6
Put the ingredients for the sweetened soybean paste
When it boils, turn off the heat and cool for about 15 minutes (50).

Put cilantro in a sterilized airtight container
Pour in the daimjang and close the lid.
