Use frozen crab! Simple tteokbokki
I bought frozen crab and there wasn't much to cook. I don't like fried food because it's oily I don't really like soybean paste stew or crab soup, but it's not fresh enough to make soy sauce marinated crab.. I was thinking about making marinated crab, but I didn't want to eat it raw because it's summer I've made tteokbokki that I made. It's a really simple recipe that's good for married couples, newlyweds, and self-employed people who can't eat frozen crab at once after buying it. If you put frozen crab in the refrigerator and cook it then, you will be able to eat it little by little often.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Remove from freezer and rinse in water immediately.
I didn't defrost it because I was afraid it would smell fishy.
It just needs to be slightly melted
STEP 2/7
Mix all the seasonings for a little ripening before starting to heat in a pot.
STEP 3/7
Put it in a pot and cook the crab slightly over medium heat.
The color of my legs is slowly turning orange.
STEP 4/7
Add about 600ml of water.
And boil for about 5 minutes.
It might make a lot of foam, so keep rolling it up~
(Cooking blue crabs, but also making broth)
STEP 5/7
Add the prepared sauce and boil it.
STEP 6/7
Add rice cake and fish cake after the sauce is completely dissolved and boiled.
Bring to a boil, stirring for about 5 minutes.
(Taste it and add oligosaccharide or sugar and soy sauce)
Please add or subtract according to your taste.)
STEP 7/7
When the soup is about to thicken, add the noodles
You can eat it deliciously eat it ^^ (You can put the sausage or glass noodles in it according to your preference.)
Rather than adding crab later, I think it will help with the fishy smell If you're sensitive to smell, you can put frozen crab in soju or mirin while taking out the ingredients^^ *If you add curry powder or pepper before putting in ramen, it will taste more spicy and spicy tteokbokki sold in the market!
