Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Lettuce Jjong is pickled in sun-dried salt 2T
STEP 2/9
I pulled out a tall lettuce that's called a lettuce flower stand and also called Jjongi!!~
Not too long ago, I saw on my neighbor's blog that it's lettuce bulduck kimchi
So I picked it out, cut it, and put water kimchi in it!!~
I sprinkled sun-dried salt and pickled it!!

I ground barley rice with onions and apples
