Stir-fried pork rape, delicious side dishes for a meal

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash the rape sprouts (Choi Sam) thoroughly and cut the ends of the stems.
STEP 2/8
You can make it easy to eat.
STEP 3/8
Shred white green onions, sliced ginger, sliced garlic, and crushed red pepper.
STEP 4/8
Add salt and pepper to the pork and season it.
STEP 5/8
Grease a preheated pot with cooking oil, then stir-fry white green onions, garlic and ginger over medium heat for 2 minutes.
STEP 6/8
Add seasoned pork and crushed peppers and stir-fry for another minute.
STEP 7/8
Add the stem and water and stir-fry for about 4 minutes,
STEP 8/8
Add the leaves and oyster sauce and stir-fry over medium heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
