Guacamola is a Mexican sauce, and you can put it in tacos and dip it in nachos. You can also eat it on crackers like canapes. Guacamola is a combination of avocado and salsa sauce. So once you make the salsa sauce and crush the avocado into it, it becomes guacamola.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Make salsa sauce first. Chop the onions and tomatoes into small pieces and add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and hot chili sauce and minced garlic to make the herb powder and a little spicy salsa sauce.

I added honey to the well-mixed salsa sauce to add a little sweetness. Then, salsa sauce that is sour, savory, spicy, and sweet is completed. You can put it on top of the tacos and eat it. It's very delicious even if you put it on top of baguette bread.

Remove some salsa sauce and mash the avocado into the remaining salsa sauce. I added pepper and Parmesan cheese powder. Since avocado is in it, it may be bland, so instead of salt, I seasoned it with Parmesan cheese powder and added pepper.

Guacamola is finally finished quickly. It's really good if you put it on top of nacho like this. It's a refreshing and savory taco that's delicious even if you put a lot of it on top of the taco.

It's simple. Put guacamola on top of a slightly salty cracker and that's it!! It has a bit of an oily taste with avocado, so I think it'll go well with red wine rather than white wine. Or a non-sweet white wine would be fine. Guacamola canape is complete.
