Please prepare the shrimp first.I prepared shrimp sold at E-Mart.Wash the shrimp clean, remove the tail, add 1 spoon of soju, salt, and pepper, and let it soak for a while. Wash the bean sprouts clean, too.

And make the sauce. 2 spoons of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of minced garlic, half spoon of sesame oil, pepper, sesame seeds

Put the egg mixture in the pan and scramble it.When it's done, put it in a separate bowl.

Taste it and add a little salt or soy sauce if it's bland
