Buffalo wings that you eat with cabbage pickles

  • Soy sauce

  • Water
    1/2cup
  • cooking wine
    1/3cup
  • Sugar
    1/2cup
  • Soju
    2/3small cup

Cooking Steps

Wash chicken wings clean

Put salt, pepper, and soju in the washed chicken wings so that the seasoning gets cut
Mix it and leave it as it is

Boil the remaining soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, water, and soju in a pan, then reduce the heat and boil it thickly (Terry-Yaki sauce)

Fry chicken wings twice with starch.

Don't use all the teriyaki sauce and boil it down with 2~3TS and chicken wings. (The end)
If you make teriyaki sauce, you can use it 2-3 times.
When frying chicken wings, coat them with starch thoroughly so that they are not wet.. If you don't, it'll splatter around you. It's a bit salty, so it's good for adults, but it can be salty for kids Take a look at the teriyaki sauce and shorten it,
