I prepared two domestic squid.
STEP 2/21
Remove internal organs, wash and peel with kitchen paper towels.
STEP 3/21
Cut into 1cm thick rings.
STEP 4/21
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to 1 1/2 cup of water
When the water starts to boil, add the squid and cook for about 10 seconds.
STEP 5/21
Drain the squid and cool it down.
STEP 6/21
Store the boiled squid soup.
STEP 7/21
Put half a cup of frying powder into the prepared squid
STEP 8/21
coating dry frying powder.
STEP 9/21
Putting squid out on another plate.
STEP 10/21
There will be frying powder on the plate, right?
STEP 11/21
Pour only 1/4 cup water and mix roughly.
STEP 12/21
Put the squid covered with frying powder back into the wet dough.
STEP 13/21
Put 2 cups of oil on the fire and drop the batter
When the temperature slowly rises~
STEP 14/21
Take the squid ring from the batter, put it in, and fry it.
If you fry it golden, it gets tough.
All you need is a crispy batter, so take the extra grease out of the kitchen towel.
STEP 15/21
Put mayonnaise on one side and ketchup on the other.
STEP 16/21
Place plenty of fried squid rings on top.
STEP 17/21
I don't put in vegetables.
If you need it, eat it like a salad on a side.
STEP 18/21
Cover with mayonnaise.
Just press it a little bit..
STEP 19/21
Please wrap it with parchment paper.
You can use foil.
You can just hold it with your hands and eat it.
STEP 20/21
The squid is very soft because it's lightly fried.
When you take a bite, it melts in your mouth!
STEP 21/21
A squid burger that is enough for a meal and easy for anyone to make.
Now cook at home.
You don't have to season the squid separately because it's seasoned with salt.
