    50~100ml
  • Eggs
    2ea
  • Swiss cheese

  • Parmesan cheese

  • basil
    1handful
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    30~40ml
  • Garlic
    1~2piece
  • almond powder
    1Tsp
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Mix 50ml to 100ml double cream and 4Tsp basil pesto in a bowl, then add spinach and mix
(Spinach used young leaves)
If you want creamy concentration, add a lot. If you want a little sauce, add less
If you want to add parmesan cheese, add a small amount of sauce
you can enjoy it more
Preheat the oven at 160 degrees
STEP 2/3
Place spinach mixed with sauce in oven bowl and place egg in place and add egg :D
And sprinkle Swiss cheese on top

Bake in a preheated 160-degree roll oven for 15 to 30 minutes
