Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
While boiling water for ramen, prepare enoki mushrooms by cutting the bottom and washing them cleanly. Cut the whelk to your liking and prepare it.
STEP 2/5
When the noodles are almost done, add enoki mushrooms and cook them. Enoki mushrooms will cook quickly, so you can put them in at the end.
STEP 3/5
Rinse boiled noodles and enoki mushrooms in running water or ice water to make noodles firm.
STEP 4/5
Tear the lettuce with your hands, add the corvina and bibim ramen sauce, and mix it.
STEP 5/5
It's good to use vegetables that go well with bibimmyeon, such as shredded cucumbers, instead of lettuce.
If you add enoki mushrooms, it adds a chewy texture and fills the amount of bibim ramen that is slightly lacking, making it more abundant and delicious bibim ramen
