Prepare the ingredients.
Slice the beef into thin slices,
Soak the glass noodles in cold water for more than an hour.
Carrots, onions, and green onions are also cut and prepared.

Create a source. (2T water, 2T soy sauce, 1/4T minced garlic, 1/2T sugar, 1/2T pepper, 1 onion, 40ml pear drink; grind and prepare in a blender.)

Add onions and carrots and stir-fry them.

If you put rice in a bowl and put the stir-fried beef bulgogi on top of the sauce, it's done.

If you put lettuce up to your taste, you can eat it more deliciously.
If you make a large amount of sauce in advance, it's good to make it with meat and vegetables whenever you want to eat it.
