Making black garlic
It is well known that garlic is good for the body. Except for the smell, there are 100 benefits of garlic. Of course, it is not something you can eat as a side dish, but if you eat it consistently, it acts as a supplement. How to make it? It's very easy~~but I need an electric rice cooker.

Ingredients
  • Garlic
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Remove the garlic stick and break it to the point where two or three grains stick, leaving only the inner shell.
STEP 2/4
Leave a little room in the electric rice cooker and let it ripen for 15 days while keeping it warm.
STEP 3/4
After 15 days, it will age black. It's a bit soft.
STEP 4/4
Dry it in a well-ventilated place for 5-6 days. When it's done, put it in a container and refrigerate it.
1. The house smells like garlic while it's ripening. Strong first, weak later... So it's better to put the rice cooker in the utility room. 2. The rice cooker in use is not available, so prepare a rice cooker that you don't use. All I need is a thermal insulation function. (I got it from you, too)
