I stir-fried tofu kimchi pork belly.
I bought it to dip it in soy sauce, but I changed the menu to tofu kimchi. I made it as a side dish for makgeolli, but I only have soju and beer at home, and I couldn't buy it. If you want to eat it, buy it. No one is lining it. ^^;;; My house doesn't want to go down to each other once they come in, so we just drank what we had.

Cooking Steps

I cut pork belly into small pieces that were frozen in the freezer. You can stir-fry kimchi and pork belly together, but it burns because there's no oil, so I grilled pork belly first to make oil. If you don't want to grill it first, you can add oil and stir-fry kimchi and pork belly.

Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and kimchi.

It came out red in the picture, but it looked white when I made it.

When I added 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, the red pepper powder absorbed all the oil from the meat.

I added 2 tablespoons of leftover hot water, oligosaccharide, and sugar to make it sweet.

Let's see if it's well-cooked or how it tastes. I'm going to put sesame oil on it and finish it off.

Now it's tofu's turn. Parboil the tofu. It would be better to season tofu with salt, right? Cut the blanched tofu into bite-size pieces.
