Sausage ratatouille
Ratatouille is a home-style dish in Provence, France, boiled with olive oil and herbs in vegetables such as pumpkins, eggplants, and bell peppers. If it was a shame that there were only vegetables, let's add rich gravy, soft-textured German sausages, and vice-boost. It is good to have a colorful visual dish with wine with a deeper taste with vice-boost.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare the ingredients.

Cut paprika, bell pepper, eggplant, onion and zucchini into 2cm cubes.
STEP 3/6
Put eggs in boiling water to make poached eggs.
STEP 4/6
Grease a pan with olive oil and bake the vice-boost until golden.
STEP 5/6
Grease a pan with olive oil and saute onion, paprika, green pepper, zucchini and eggplant and season with salt. Add minced garlic and tomato pasta sauce and mix evenly, then add basil and granafadano cheese and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
STEP 6/6
Place the finished ratatouille and vice-boost in a bowl and garnish with eggs and baguette bread.
