STEP 1/12
Cut the beef into thick pieces after removing the blood by laying a kitchen towel.
STEP 2/12
Put the meat and all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl and marinate the meat for about 20 minutes.
STEP 3/12
Place marinated meat in a pan and stir-fry thoroughly without moisture.
The delicious salty and sweet smell makes my mouth water.
STEP 4/12
Rub the cucumber skin with salt, wash it, cut it in half according to the length, remove the seeds, sprinkle salt, and drain it.
STEP 5/12
Cut the carrots thickly and fry them with sesame oil in a pan and season them with salt.
STEP 6/12
In a bowl, mix the rice, sesame oil, salt, and sesame seeds.
STEP 7/12
Grill the dried laver on the pan
Spread some sesame oil on the plastic wrap and spread the rice evenly with laver.
STEP 8/12
Turn the seaweed upside down and put cucumber, carrot, and stir-fried beef on it, pull the vinyl and seaweed feet forward, and roll it up to complete nude gimbap.
STEP 9/12
There's only one more thing left to do.
STEP 10/12
And perilla seeds.
STEP 11/12
Just cut each into bite-size pieces.
STEP 12/12
When I put seasoned beef in the vegetables at home and put sesame seeds and perilla seeds on the rolled gimbap, it continues without realizing it because of the savory taste of the mouthful of sesame seeds and the salty and thick taste of beef.
