Eat a bowl of beef with rice and bulgogi gyudon
Yesterday, my family came late and I wanted to make something different with beef beef that I bought while playing alone, so I made bulgogi gyudon. If you have kimchi, it's a good bowl of beef rice without any other side dishes. I make it, but I don't eat it.I thought for a moment that I should have cooked alone during the day when I saw the two men eating at 8 o'clock. ^^;

Cooking Steps

Add 6 tablespoons of soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of cooking wine, 2 sugar, and pepper and mix. I'm going to boil it, so the sugar will melt, but I had time to stir it and melt it.

I chopped half an onion and a little carrot and prepared it. You don't have to add carrots, but if you can see a little bit of red, it'll be pretty, so I put them in. I cut up the green onions and put them on standby.

I added kelp and boiled the broth and poured it into the soy sauce.
I had to make two servings, so I put in a cup of kelp stock.

When the soy sauce boils, add onions and carrots and boil them until the onions are transparent.

Cut the bulgogi persimmon and put it in the soy sauce and cook it until the color disappears.

I'll also fry eggs to put on top. When I take pictures of food, half-cooked is pretty. I put it in a mold to make it round, but it's sticking out. ^^;

Spread the rice into a bowl and pour the beef and broth moistly. Add fried eggs and finish with green onions, and the beef rice and bulgogi gyudon are completed.
