STEP 1/4
Buy beef bulgogi or shabu-shabu meat and marinate it with red wine, pepper, salt, and herbs. I put you to sleep for about a day. I chose a wine that is not sweet for red wine.
STEP 2/4
Grill the marinated beef in a pan. It will taste more fiery if you grill it using a torch, but it's not good to use a torch at home. Bake in a safely heated pan. I didn't put oil on it. Or you can put a little olive oil on it and bake it.
STEP 3/4
They're making sweet vinegar water. Adjust the ratio of vinegar, sugar, and salt to 1:1:0.3. Sweet vinegar is actually made from sugar and vinegar. But I also added salt because I needed seasoning for rice. I made rice for sushi. Let cool for a while.
STEP 4/4
Put the rice together, put the raw wasabi on top, put the grilled beef on top, and put radish sprouts and chives on top of it to finish the beef sushi. Some sushi restaurants serve teriyaki sauce on top, and you can add teriyaki sauce to your taste. Or you can just put a little bit of soy sauce on it. But the meat and rice are already seasoned, so you don't have to put teriyaki sauce or soy sauce on top. Wasabi is enough.
