A simple dish at home, cream sauce mussel gratin
What menu items usually come to mind when you think of oven cooking? I think of the most basic chicken leg oven-roasted first and then a really easy-to-make, nice gratin that is simply baked in an oven with sauce. Gratin refers to a Western dish that is made by mixing one or several things, such as fish, meat, or pasta, adding seasoned sauce, placing it on a gratin plate, and baking it in an oven with powdered cheese and bread crumbs. In fact, the process itself is not difficult at all, but it looks great and plentiful, so sometimes it is served as a banquet dish using good main ingredients. Today, we're going to make a simple dish at home, but differently, mussel cream sauce gratin. We will also introduce you to how to complete it in a microwave oven without an oven, so you don't have to be frustrated if you don't have an oven at home!

I'll prepare the ingredients for the vegetables first. Slice shiitake mushrooms and onions to 0.7cm thickness, and slice peppers to add spicy flavor to the same thickness diagonally. You can chop it and put it in.

When it starts to boil, add 1t of garlic powder, 1/3t of pepper, 1/2t of salt and season it.

Place mussel gratin in oven container and top with pizza fizz and bread crumbs. I used pizza cheese as a mixture of mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. And I use about 4 tablespoons of bread crumbs, and the surface will be baked very crispy, making the texture of the dish richer. If you are planning to make it in a microwave, not in an oven, I recommend you to skip bread crumbs and use only cheese. Microwave oven is not baked with heat source, but bread crumbs are not crispy and are cooked soggy, so I recommend you just put cheese on it. But you'll enjoy it.

Bake over the oven or in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until the surface is crispy and the cheese melts well.
