Cut the bottom of the enoki mushroom and rinse it in water,
Wash bean sprouts in water, too.
Cut the cheongyang peppers diagonally.
Wash the water parsley clean
Cut it into bite-size pieces, please.
STEP 5/8
boiling
Add chopped perilla, 1T of minced garlic, T of ginger powder, and pepper and bring to a boil.
Add 2T of anchovy sauce, T of salt, and a little soju and boil until the perch is cooked.
STEP 6/8
Add the rest of the vegetables (pepper mushrooms, bean sprouts, and cheongya peppers) except for the water parsley and bring to a boil.
