A clear soup dish made with natural perch: perch and jiri soup
My mom bought me wild bass and one of them was so big I made spicy fish stew and the remaining half of it was made with clear Jiritang. ^^

  • enoki mushroom
    1/2ea
  • water parsley
    50g
  • Bean sprouts
    80g
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    2ea
  • Depory
    2ea
  • salted anchovies
    2T
  • Salt
    1/2T
  • Soju
    little
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • ginger powder
    1/2T
  • ground pepper
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
handling vegetables
Cut the bottom of the enoki mushroom and rinse it in water,
Wash bean sprouts in water, too.
Cut the cheongyang peppers diagonally.
Wash the water parsley clean
Cut it into bite-size pieces, please.

Please chop the radish.

Add chopped radish and dipori and boil
Please make the soup.

Cut the trimmed perch into bite-size pieces.
*Remove scales and fins when you buy it

Add 2T of anchovy sauce, T of salt, and a little soju and boil until the perch is cooked.

Add the rest of the vegetables (pepper mushrooms, bean sprouts, and cheongya peppers) except for the water parsley and bring to a boil.
