Ingredients

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the blue part of the green onion roughly, and the white part diagonally into 1cm thick pieces for fried rice.
STEP 2/8
Crab meat is torn by hand and then cut to prevent the flesh from clumping.

Beat in eggs roughly.
STEP 4/8
Make green onion oil.(boil until green)
STEP 5/8
Add red pepper powder to complete the red pepper oil.
STEP 6/8
Strain the green onion and add half of the slanted white part and garlic.
STEP 7/8
Add eggs to make scrambled eggs.
STEP 8/8
Add crab meat, season with pepper, oyster sauce, and salt, cut diagonally, add green onions, turn off the heat, and stir-fry rice.
Add sesame oil to finish.
Please pay attention to the heat control so that the scrembles are cooked to a moist and soft taste! When you season it, you use oyster sauce and salt, but if you add too much oyster sauce, it can be greasy~~
