STEP 1/10
First, wash the potatoes clean without removing the skin and cut them in half.
Serve 4 slices per half, so 8 slices per potato.

Drain boiled potatoes in a sieve!
STEP 3/10
You can't leave out sausages as a simple side dish!
The sausage I prepared is a version for Raquizin Long Essen Ppoduk Gimbap, which is half the size of the basic frankie, so it's good to put in gimbap and it's good to use in various dishes.
Also, it has a high meat content, so I think everyone of all ages will like it because it tastes rich and has a good texture.
STEP 4/10
Cut the sausage in half, make a cut, blanch it lightly in boiling water, and strain it through a sieve.
STEP 5/10
In a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese powder, 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/2 tablespoons of salt, and a little pepper.
STEP 6/10
I don't have an oven, so I'll use an air fryer
After laying the paper foil on the floor, put a proper amount of the contents, tear off a few strands of rosemary, bake it at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes, turn it over once, and bake it for another 5-10 minutes.
I think you can set it to a similar temperature and time when you bake it in the oven!
STEP 7/10
After a while, the deliciously cooked wedge potatoes
Doesn't the sausage look so good? +_+
STEP 8/10
It smells so good.
STEP 9/10
This delicious dish is best when you eat it with delicious beer and Fitz.
Thanks to the sausage and wedge potatoes, I inhaled a can of beer in an instant
I want to eat more, but I have to endure it because it's a weekday
STEP 10/10
I didn't know that the combination of grilled and chewy potatoes and Raquizin long Essenbbboduk sausage that captivates the taste with its chewy texture and rich gravy would be so fantastic
