Making Yellow Cheese Butterring Cookies

  • unsalted butter
    100g
  • Sugar
    60g
  • egg
    40g
  • Soft flour
    110g
  • Yellow cheese powder
    35g

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Place the soft, salt-free butter in a bowl and gently dissolve.
STEP 2/8
Add sugar and mix well.
STEP 3/8
Add beaten eggs little by little and mix well.
STEP 4/8
Sift down the flour and yellow cheese powder.
STEP 5/8
Mix just enough to hide the powder.
STEP 6/8
Place the finished dough in a piping bag with star pods.
STEP 7/8
Squeeze the dough into a round shape, measuring 4cm in diameter.
STEP 8/8
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 170.
If the butter melts too much, a lot of cookies will spread and come out! (Please slowly remove the cold air from room temperature.)
