Wash the shrimp and rump in cold water first, then soak it in salt water and wash it 2-3 times to remove the fishy smell.

1. If you put cheese in the dumpling skin, it swells up when you fry it and breaks easily. Fold it into a half-moon shape like a dumpling, and it won't pop. If you do it the way I did it, it's going to explode well. Then, wipe off the frying pan and fry it once. If you don't, you'll get tanned.
2. It's good for people who like spicy food because it contains spicy chili peppers and garlic. If you replace the sauce with chili sauce instead of soy sauce, it won't be spicy.
