I made it out of curiosity because I thought it would be nice to make fried dumpling skin with the ingredients at home and shrimp meat, but when I tried it, it was really delicious

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Wash the shrimp and rump in cold water first, then soak it in salt water and wash it 2-3 times to remove the fishy smell.

Chop the cleanly washed burdock and shrimp to the point where it is easy to eat.That way, it's easier to cook evenly when it's.

Put the minced shrimp and burdock in a bowl and slice the cheongyang pepper, red pepper, and garlic and seasonings and salt.

Add the pizza cheese and mix.

Spread a sheet of dumpling skin, put the contents inside, and fold it nicely with water around it.

Heat the pan, add cooking oil, and fry the dumplings until golden.

When it's all fried, fry the remaining dumpling skin, and set aside in a bowl. Place sprout vegetables in an easy-to-eat bowl first.

Cut fried dumplings in half with a knife to make them easy to eat, and cover the sprout vegetables with grains.

Crush and sprinkle the remaining dumpling skin on top of it, cover it with sprout vegetables, then cut the tomatoes in half and place on top. The sauce is done by cutting and mixing soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper, and cheongyang pepper. You can substitute chili sauce if you like.
1. If you put cheese in the dumpling skin, it swells up when you fry it and breaks easily. Fold it into a half-moon shape like a dumpling, and it won't pop. If you do it the way I did it, it's going to explode well. Then, wipe off the frying pan and fry it once. If you don't, you'll get tanned. 2. It's good for people who like spicy food because it contains spicy chili peppers and garlic. If you replace the sauce with chili sauce instead of soy sauce, it won't be spicy.
