Add garlic and seasoned conger eel and stir-fry them

When the conger eel is cooked white, add green onions and stir-fry it

When the sauce is boiled down and the conger eel is cooked white and hard, it's done!!

I thought water parsley and conger eel would go well together, so I cut a handful of water parsley and put it on the bottom. :D

1. Wash the conger eel thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces
2. trim the vegetables
3. Mix the sauce with the conger eel and cook it with the whole garlic in the pan, then stir-fry it again with the green onion
Seasoning: 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoons of minced garlic, 1 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 0.5 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoons of plum syrup, 0.5 tablespoons of minced ginger, a little bit of pepper powder
4. Eat it deliciously. Yum yum - It tastes better with water parsley
