Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare frozen pollack by squeezing out the water after thawing and peel the squid.
STEP 2/8
Put pollack and squid in the food processor and grind them together with a proper amount of raw broccoli.
STEP 3/8
Since the seaweed was salted seaweed, wash it several times in running water and soak it in cold water to remove the saltiness..
STEP 4/8
Add minced pollack, minced seaweed, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to the squid and mix them together.
STEP 5/8
And a little bit of course.. I thought it would be a little dry if it wasn't greasy because it was fried in an air fryer, so I added a little grape seed oil and kneaded it.
STEP 6/8
Make a circle in the right size and fry it.
STEP 7/8
I put it in a fryer and fried it..
Place a paper foil and add the dough to the appropriate size and fry it in a preheated 180 degrees for about 4 to 5 minutes.
STEP 8/8
Collect all the fish cakes that were first fried and fry them for about 2 minutes.
