Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
I prepared squid by peeling its back skin and cutting it into bite-size pieces. And I sprayed a tablespoon of soju, mixed it a little bit, took it out, and removed the fishy smell.
STEP 2/10
Please cut the green onion diagonally and prepare them.
STEP 3/10
Make soup with kelp anchovies. It's good to do it separately, but in order to make it super fast, I put the sliced radish in the middle of boiling anchovy broth. It takes a long time for the radish to cook ^^ Remove anchovies when it tastes good to a certain extent.
STEP 4/10
Mix the seasoned red-pepper sauce with garlic, soy sauce, and tuna sauce.
STEP 5/10
Add a lot of red pepper powder on top of the mixed soy sauce, and mix it a little bit. I only mixed 2 tablespoons of chili powder because it's spicy, so if you want a more spicy flavor, please add it.
You have to make seasoned red-pepper sauce and put it in the soup so that the red pepper powder doesn't float in the soup and boils cleanly.
STEP 6/10
Add 2/3 of the seasoned red-pepper sauce to the broth and bring to a boil together. Add or subtract the rest of the seasoning as you taste it. When it boils for about 5 minutes, add the squid.
STEP 7/10
You have to add plenty of squid to make it taste better. If you add squid and boil it for too long, it can become tough, so you have to finish it within 10 minutes.
STEP 8/10
Boil for 2 to 3 minutes and add tofu.
When you cut tofu, you can enjoy a cleaner soup by rinsing it in cold water and removing the water.
STEP 9/10
Add green onions, cover, and boil for about a minute, and it's done!
STEP 10/10
I focused on the cool taste, so I cooked it neatly without sesame oil. If you want a spicier taste for hangover, it's good to add 1 piece of soft pepper and finish it off.
