Mid-term baby food - banana pudding
Banana is one of the fruits that you can eat from the beginning~ It's just raw bananas. I'm good at eating banana mash though ^^ I made pudding with eggs to see if I can eat eggs~~ You may be disappointed if you think of pudding that tastes like an adult, but the baby eats so deliciously^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
First, peel the banana, cut both ends, and prepare it~~
Bananas may have pesticides at both ends, so we don't use them for baby food
Separate the yolk from the egg and take the yolk
When giving eggs to a baby, give the egg whites that are prone to allergies slowly and test the yolk first.
STEP 2/6
Mash banana and egg yolk together in a bowl~~
If you mash it with a fork, it will crush the banana well.
STEP 3/6
Add 40ml of powdered milk to the well-mixed banana and egg yolk~~ Mothers who breastfeed can put in their milk.
STEP 4/6
Put it in the steamer~~
I prepared it on high heat
STEP 5/6
Cover and steam for 15 minutes~~
Poke pudding with a fork to make sure it's cooked~~ If it's firm and not mushy, okay. ^^
STEP 6/6
Cool baby food enough to eat at once and give it to the baby^^
You can put the rest in the refrigerator and give it to them next time^^
Depending on the size of bananas and eggs, the amount of powdered milk you put in may vary If you use a large banana, you can increase the amount of powdered milk.
