First, put all the ingredients in a large pot^^
If you want to make it sweet, add apple and boil it together
I used green onions, onions, bell peppers, and shiitake mushrooms as basic ingredients and replaced other ingredients like apples and carrots with ingredients I had at home at that time.

Bring to a boil over high heat for 40 minutes

For the remaining 10 to 20 minutes, boil it on low heat

Remove from heat and strain all ingredients

Prepare a container for vegetable water.
I put it in a breast milk pack and kept it frozen~
If you don't have a breast milk storage pack, you can store it in a water bottle.

Remove from the strainer and let the vegetable water cool completely^^

You can put it in a prepared breast milk storage pack and refrigerate what you want to use right away, and keep the number of vegetables you want to use a few days later frozen
