[UK Kitchen] Fresh and moist Lemon Drizzle Cupcake
Cake that I've tried in Korea is not moist It was soft and soft Lemon Drizzle Cake is a moist but refreshing cake with lemon juice!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
70g of sugar and 125g of butter
Please mix it first
I used brown sugar
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. :)

Sift 125g of flour and 5g of baking powder into a bowl
STEP 3/8
In a bowl, knead eggs and lemon zest
For lemon zest, add a bit of lemon peel
You can grind it and use it

When the cake dough is complete, bake it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes :)
You don't have to make the dough separately
It melts and bakes naturally!

While the cake is baking, mix 1/2 cup lemon juice and 40g of icing sugar to make lemon syrup
I used lemon juice in the market

I make glazes, too
Add 30g of icing sugar and 5ml of lemon juice and mix

After taking out the baked cake,
When it cools, turn the cake over and make a hole with a fork
Then sprinkle lemon syrup on the cake
My husband's mother recommended orange juice
They say it's delicious even if it's syrup
STEP 8/8
Turn the syrupy cake over again and sprinkle the pre-made glaze and lemon zest on top of the cake and it's done :)
