My family is eating kimchi made last winter It's overcooked, so it's not good I went to the mart and I thought it was time to see cabbages, so I made geotjeori ^^ It's really easy to make, so make sure to follow along with our neighbors

Ingredients
  • Cabbage
    1pack
  • a sun-dried salt
    2T
  • Red pepper powder
    4T
  • salted anchovies
    6T
  • crushed garlic
    2T
  • chopped ginger
    0.5T
  • Oligosaccharide
    3T
  • plum extract
    1T
  • a glue for kimchi glue
    4T
  • glutinous rice flour
    3T
  • Water
    400ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Cut the cabbage in pieces
STEP 2/14
Put 2T of sea salt in a can of cabbage and toss
If you mix it up and down, it'll marinate very well
STEP 3/14
I'll make glutinous rice paste while the cabbages are marinated
Put 400ml of water in a pot
STEP 4/14
Add 3T of glutinous rice flour
STEP 5/14
Stir well enough to melt all the glutinous rice flour before starting to heat
STEP 6/14
When the glutinous rice flour is completely melted, put it on the heat and keep stirring
STEP 7/14
When it starts to boil, it gets thick quickly
If it's thick like the picture, it's done
STEP 8/14
Red pepper powder 4T, anchovy extract 6T, minced garlic 2T, minced ginger 0.5T, oligosaccharide 3T, plum extract 1T, glutinous rice paste 4T
Add all the ingredients above and make the sauce
STEP 9/14
Mix it well and prepare it
STEP 10/14
This is cabbage pickled for an hour
I'm out of breath

Rinse the pickled cabbage in clean water three or four times
STEP 12/14
Drain the well-washed cabbages on a sieve and prepare to mix

Add the prepared seasoning and mix well

    I'm going to use sweet cabbage, but it tastes really good even though I did it simply with the seasoning you taught me! I searched for a simple recipe because I didn't have a lot of ingredients at home and I didn't want to take a lot of care It's really delicious even though I only put fish sauce, red pepper powder, garlic, grass, plum juice, and oligosaccharide. Wow, that's cool^^
