STEP 1/11
Please prepare enough ingredients. Cut soft tofu into bite-size pieces and shred onions.

Beat in 2 eggs with a pinch of salt.

Prepare 1t of salted shrimp by mincing it often.

Put about 500ml of water in a pot and boil anchovies and kelp over high heat. When it boils up, reduce it to medium-low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes more.

After about 10 minutes, remove the kelp and add the chopped onions and boil over high heat for about 3 minutes.

Next, add soft tofu.

When it boils, add 1t of minced salted shrimp.

Add chopped green onions, too. And take out the anchovies at this stage!

Then, lower the heat to low and add egg water in a circle

Turn off the heat and cover the pot and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
STEP 11/11
After about 2-3 minutes, when the egg is cooked, adjust the seasoning with salt or salted shrimp and it's done :)
