I'm going to boil the anchovies again
- Add 3 pieces of kelp, 7-10 anchovies, 8-10 cups of water and boil it. When the water boils, just give the kelp and boil it for another 5 minutes

I'm going to cut 1/2 of the radish

Cut 1/2 of tofu as you like

Today's star is seaweed!!
- I used dried seaweed, but I wanted to eat a lot of the ingredients
I used 1.5 blocks per serving

Add 2 tablespoons of perilla oil and 0.5 tablespoons of minced garlic and stir-fry shredded radish

When the radish is a bit transparent

Add the boiled broth and tofu and bring it to a boil

When the water boils, add seaweed fulvescens
Season with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce

If it's bland after tasting it, add salt and boil it to suit your taste!!

Seaweed soup / Making Seaweed soup
1. Shred the radish and cut the tofu
2. Add 3 pieces of kelp, 7-10 anchovies, 8-10 cups of water, and boil the anchovies again
3. Stir-fry shredded radish with 2 tablespoons of perilla oil and 0.5 tablespoons of minced garlic, then pour the broth and add tofu to boil
4. When the water boils, add seaweed fulvescens and season with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce (add salt if it's bland)
5. You eat it deliciously. Yum yum
