Cheddar cheese cake
Cheese cake that can be made with sliced cheddar cheese! It doesn't taste as luxurious as cream cheese, but it tastes like the soft cheese bread you ate at a local bakery!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Melt milk and cheddar cheese.
(Stir the milk well with a whisk so that it doesn't burn.)
STEP 2/8
Make meringue while cooling down a little
- Making meringue. -
Turn the whites and sugar in a hand mixer at high speed.
As shown in the picture, the meringue is complete if the footprints are formed and the bowl is lifted upside down and it comes up so hard that it doesn't fall off!
STEP 3/8
Melt butter in chilled milk & cheese.
When completely lukewarm, dissolve the yolk and mix quickly.
STEP 4/8
Sift flour and starch into it and mix them well with a whisk so that they do not lump together.
STEP 5/8
Add 1/3 of the meringue and mix well.
STEP 6/8
Add the rest of the meringue and mix well.
(Doesn't kill the foam and turns the bowl around)
Mix the spatula upside down from the bottom to the top
STEP 7/8
Place 70% dough in mold, melt in medium heat, and preheat to 180 degrees for 15 minutes,
If you lower it to 150 degrees and bake it for 45 to 50 minutes, you have to bake the cakes at the bottom
A double boiler is a cookie pan, a square pan.. Pour about a centimeter of hot water on your back and bake a cake mold on top of it.
Grease the mold or lay parchment paper on it

The finished cake is sealed in a clean bag with a whole mold I leave it in the fridge for a dayHah! (It's easy to take it out pretty when it's firm!) After a day, it gets cold and the ingredients get tangled up It really felt like cheesecake bread^^
