STEP 1/12
I'm going to trim two layers of green onions. I put it in except for the very blue part. The green leaf part has too much slippery mucus, so I don't like the texture. You can put it in as you like.
STEP 2/12
Cut the green onion in half and cut it into 5-7 centimeters.
STEP 3/12
Add 2/3 cups of salted green onion and pickle slightly. I turned it upside down and marinated it for about 30 minutes.
STEP 4/12
While the green onions are pickled, I'll squeeze the flour glue. Add 2 cups of water to 2T flour and mix well.
STEP 5/12
Bring to a boil over low heat for about 10 minutes. And let it cool.
STEP 6/12
Prepare the seasoning. 3T of minced garlic, 2T salted shrimp, 2cups of red pepper powder, 2T of sugar, and half an onion would be better ground, but I just cut the onion and put it in.
STEP 7/12
In about 30 minutes, the green onion will be a little out of breath.
STEP 8/12
Then pour the fish sauce into the prepared seasoning and mix the boiled and cooled flour paste together.
STEP 9/12
The sauce is complete!!!
STEP 10/12
Mix the marinated green onions with the seasoning.
STEP 11/12
Lastly, sprinkle sesame seeds and mix. It's done!!!!!
STEP 12/12
Green onion kimchi tastes better when it's fully cooked. Leave it at room temperature for about two days and cook it thoroughly before eating.^^
