  • Tofu

  • perilla oil

  • anchovy broth

  • Water

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
When I went to a grilled tofu restaurant, they gave me tofu and leftover bizzi. I'm going to cook Bizzy Stew

I collected kimchi from the refrigerator and put it in. Cabbage kimchi, kkakdugi, and Chonggak kimchi are all good.

Add kimchi, add cooking oil and perilla oil together and stir-fry over low heat. Add the soup to the kimchi. Stir-fry until the oil boils down
STEP 4/8
It's good to put anchovies in broth again. If there's no broth, it's Add 1/2 tsp. Add the broth and boil over medium heat for 15 minutes

After about 15 minutes, the soup almost boiled down.

Add 2 cups of water, bizzi, and tofu
STEP 7/8
Boil it for about 5 minutes. Taste it and season it lightly. I was seasoned with 1/2 tsp of flower salt.
STEP 8/8
Kimchi stew is done. When you cook Beef Stew with meat, you can stir-fry the meat first, add kimchi, and then do it in order. It's good to put red pepper powder and garlic together when you put meat. You can skip it when you cook stew only with kimchi. I put in red pepper powder
