STEP 1/8
I didn't trim it separately because I used the frozen mackerel that was trimmed.
After defrosting, I washed it lightly under running water a couple of times and patted it with a kitchen towel to remove the water.
Then, I put 2 tablespoons of mirin, a little pepper, a little ginger powder and a little salt on it and marinate it for 5-10 minutes.
(After 10 minutes, remove the water with a kitchen towel.)
STEP 2/8
Cut the whole garlic in half.
STEP 3/8
Prepare the mackerel with starch powder.
STEP 4/8
Grease the preheated pan with plenty of cooking oil and fry the seasoned mackerel back and forth until golden brown.
Add garlic in the middle so that it's golden
STEP 5/8
Put 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoons of sugar, a little ginger powder, 3 tablespoons of pepper, and 2 tablespoons of water in a pan, boil gently over low heat, then add the golden fried mackerel and garlic, and boil down until the sauce is soaked in the mackerel.
STEP 6/8
I think there's not enough soy sauce, but it's perfect as a side dish because it's seasoned with mackerel
STEP 7/8
My son finished a bowl of rice quickly because he liked the first grilled mackerel soy sauce he ate ^^
STEP 8/8
A dish of mackerel grilled crispy and boiled down in sweet and salty soy sauce, grilled mackerel soy sauce~
I think there's no such thing as a rice thief ^^
