Cooking Steps

Pick acacia flowers and separate them one by one, rinse them in running water, and then rinse them in thin vinegar to remove moisture

Spread the acacia flower peak on a wide tray and dry it
STEP 3/5
Spread paper foil on a wide pan and add flower peaks over low heat
STEP 4/5
Dry it over low heat, cool it down, and then dry it seven times. If you touch it with your hands, it should be crunchy.
STEP 5/5
When the heat cools down, dry it more at room temperature and store it in a disinfected bottle.
