  • Pork and minced meat
    85g
  • leek
    1handful
  • King oyster mushroom
    1handful
  • olive oil
    1~2T
  • Cheongju
    2T
  • ground pepper
    little
  • Oyster sauce
    1/3~1/2T
  • Sesame oil
    1/2t
  • Sesame

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Chop green onions and mushrooms into small pieces
STEP 2/7
Place green onions in olive oil pan, turn on heat, and stir-fry over medium heat until scented

Change to high heat, add minced pork, add cheongju and pepper, and stir-fry. *If minced pork is lumped together, stir-fry quickly
