STEP 1/8
Cover the moussele with plastic wrap, cut and lay the prepared Genuwaz into the moussele.

Make syrup beforehand and let it cool. Place all the syrup ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until cool.

Gently dissolve cream cheese at room temperature, add sugar and mix well, then add orange jam and mix well.

Whip the whipped cream to a slightly flowing level (60%) and mix well with a whisk in a mixture of cream cheese and orange jam.

Put a small amount of water in the powder gelatin, soak it for about 10 minutes, microwave it for about 10 to 20 seconds, and melt the gelatin completely. Mix the melted gelatin well, adding little by little to the cream cheese dough.

After applying enough cooled syrup to the pre-loaded Genuwaz with a brush, pan the finished cheese mousse about 1-2cm above the mold. It's good to trim the top surface evenly. Please put it in the refrigerator and harden it for a while.

Make orange jelly while cheese mousse hardens in the refrigerator. Place all ingredients except gelatin and gelatin water in a saucepan and simmer. Soak gelatin in water for about 10 minutes, microwave for about 20 seconds, melt completely, and mix well in a still hot saucepan of orange jam. Then let it cool lukewarmly.
STEP 8/8
Pour lukewarm orange jelly into panning cheese mousse and harden in refrigerator.
