Late night snack recommendation. Golden recipe for hamburg steak
I made the original hamburger steak as if I was eating it at a restaurant. I'm going to make a proper hamburger steak with a lively chewing taste.

Cooking Steps

This is the ratio of beef and pork. Pork is slightly less than the 1:2 ratio

I added the prepared minced garlic, pepper, ginger powder, cooking wine, and a little salt and seasoned it.

Grease a frying pan with olive oil and stir-fry over low heat. If you want the original style, you can add butter, but you don't have to stir-fry the hamburger steak with a barter, so trust me and try it. I tried using olive oil that removes oil from my body. It goes well with Korean food and makes it less greasy and clean.

You have to stir-fry it for 15 minutes with patience, but it's good to stir-fry it in advance and cool it down. Stir-fry over low heat until brown.

That's a lot of onions.. I did one and a half and put half of them in the sauce, but you can chop two of them. As caramelized onions determine the taste of hamburg steak, stir-fry it most carefully.The fried and brown onions were filled in the frying pan at first, but they were reduced to two handfuls.

Let it cool for a while. Stir-fried onions can cook meat if mixed right away, so you should cool it down and mix it together.

It would be nice to have an oven, but I'd like to tell you how to cook it in a frying pan. Heat olive oil on medium heat and cook on both sides until the pan is fully covered. It burns well, so you have to check it right away and turn it upside down. It becomes flat as it is being baked, but if both sides are baked like this, pour 2 tablespoons of water quickly, close the lid immediately and reduce to low heat.
